Types of Therapy We Offer

Individual Therapy

Although individual therapy is the most common format, it isn’t a one-size-fits-all experience. You and your therapist will collaborate to determine the approach that best meets your needs. Sometimes a combination of therapeutic methods is most effective in reaching your goals. We view you as the expert on your own life—our role is to bring clinical training, tools, and perspective to support your healing and growth.

Therapy involves working with an objective, trained professional who can hold space for your full story and help you gain new insight into yourself. Through our training, we assist you in recognizing patterns and connections between your past experiences, present challenges, and the ways your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact. We help you build the skills and confidence to make thoughtful, values-aligned decisions for yourself.

Parent/Family Therapy

Parent and Family therapy is tailored to meet the unique needs of your family system.

Sometimes a child or teen is the primary client, and we incorporate structured parent sessions to strengthen skills at home. Parent coaching can provide practical tools for consistent discipline, emotional regulation support, and clearer communication—while also deepening trust and connection between you and your child.

In other situations, parents choose to engage in their own therapeutic work. Exploring your personal history, stressors, and patterns can create powerful shifts in how you respond, set boundaries, and show up in your parenting role. Growth in the parent often creates growth in the child.

We value a coordinated, supportive approach so your family feels cared for from every angle.
